About
The Royal Oak, Located in the Rhodes Bank area of Oldham has been standing tall for over 150 years, also it is fitted with the same bar since the early 1920’s. Run by David and Lynda Sweeney since January of 2008, and still going strong through 2010, with good bar staff and friendly clientele, you’ll always find a warm atmosphere. a trip down memory lane, or even a good laugh almost every evening.
We have large bar area, and small snug situated in the front in the pub, and a small smoking area around the back for the smoking patron. Upstairs is the Function room, large and “L” Shaped, capable of holding 50+ people for any kind of private function.
The games room, has both a Pool table and 2 games machines to play multiple games such as Solitaire, bejeweled, etc. Oh, and dont forget the Jukebox!
So why not come down for a drink or two? All our draught beers are top quality and are maintained as such. Have a game of pool, have a good chat, or take a seat and relax, just dont get too drunk!
